GETTING STARTED

Step 1:

Assessment
Our starting point is a Health Chat + Movement Assessment. Here we have the opportunity to get to know a little bit more about you, your goals and how you move. This also gives you a better understanding of who we are and how we like to do things differently.

Step 2:

On Boarding
During our On-Boarding, you receive expert coaching, an understanding of your body and how our programming and other key areas will assist you in achieving your goals. You will also have 3 days of unlimited access to our Group Training sessions.

Step 3:

Membership
Our Membership is the next step in your fitness journey. We run a variety of programs that help you develop life-long fitness including strength, conditioning and mobility.
