2020 IMPAACT - CLASSES
Impaact - STRENGTH & MOVEMENT
In our Strength & Movement class there are 4 components we focus on to help build the BEST version of you – Skill, Mobility, Force (strength) and Endurance. You’ll learn how to 3 ball juggle, move in and out of positions that once challenged you, learn how to correctly perform weightlifting/ powerlifting movements and that’s just to name a few.
Impaact - BOOTY
Booty, booty, booty, booty rocking everywhere!
Wanting to tone, shape and firm up your back side? If your answer was yes, this is the class for you.
This class is a TOTAL lower body workout! We’ll focus on those hard to sculpt areas and get the Bootay and Thighs you have always dreamed of! This toning class will definitely leave you feeling the “BURN”. It’s the perfect addition to any workout routine.
Impaact - MODIFIED STRONGMAN
Want to experience something different while getting super strong at the same time?
Come join us for a Modified Strongman training session. M.S. training takes traditional strongman equipment like tyres, farmer carries, sleds and logs and combines them with full body weight exercises to make one fun/tough workout. This workout is a great way to increase both your strength and conditioning in one hit.
Impaact - KICKBOXING
An amazing aerobic experience, utilizing kickboxing techniques to increase muscular strength, cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, flexibility and balance. Unlike our Boxing class which focuses on throwing mainly punches, you’ll learn how to throw elbows, knees and kicks efficiently and safely. No prior martial arts experience necessary.
All kickboxing equipment will be provided but feel free to bring your own.
Impaact - Metcon
Impaact – Metcon includes a wide variety of fun/different exercises which will help build a better version of you in no time.
Expect to play around with dead balls, kettle bells, dumbbells, barbells and that’s just to name a few.
This class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
