Nikki and Phil, who always encouraged us to help to achieve our goals. We had small games which were always fun different training every week. I have gained many benefits from the boot camp. Previously, I hated exercising, hence didn’t do any exercise at all. I couldn’t even walk more than 2 km. now my fitness level is higher than ever, I am able to run! I feel great, happier and sleep better. Nikki educated me on making healthier choices with my diet, now, I eat healthy meals every day which makes me feel even better as I now know I am consuming more nutritious foods. Last, of all, my confidence level has been improved. I had always hide my legs and tried to wear long skirts but since I have completed the challenge I feel more confident in wearing more clothes as my legs are now toned up. The 12-week Bootcamp challenge and supportive Trainers gave me confidence mentally and physically, I highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to make a change in their lifestyle.”
