Hobbies: Watching sports, reading books, Personal development, biographies or fantasy books are my fave. I love hanging with my family, being outdoors with them, and of course training!!!
Best Piece of Advice: Keep it simple. I think Glassman said it best in “100 words of Fitness”
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.
Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc., hard and fast.
Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Regularly learn and play new sports.
During our On-Boarding, you receive expert coaching, an understanding of your body and how our programming and other key areas will assist you in achieving your goals. You will also have 7 days of unlimited access to our Group Training sessions.
