Here at Team Impaact we are far more than your average joe personal trainers in Brisbane. We specialise in transforming body composition, improving mental & full body functional strength, mobility and well-being.

Head coach Nikki has had close to 10 years of industry experience and has helped countless individuals achieve their dream fitness goals. Nikki started Team Impaact with a clear and common goal in mind; to help individuals think better, move better and be better!

​Hobbies: Watching sports, reading books, Personal development, biographies or fantasy books are my fave. I love hanging with my family, being outdoors with them, and of course training!!!

Best Piece of Advice: Keep it simple. I think Glassman said it best in “100 words of Fitness”
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc., hard and fast.

Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Step 1:

Assessment
Our starting point is a Health Chat + Movement Assessment. Here we have the opportunity to get to know a little bit more about you, your goals and how you move. This also gives you a better understanding of who we are and how we like to do things differently.

Step 2:

On Boarding

During our On-Boarding, you receive expert coaching, an understanding of your body and how our programming and other key areas will assist you in achieving your goals. You will also have 7 days of unlimited access to our Group Training sessions.

Step 3:

Membership
Our Membership is the next step in your fitness journey. We run a variety of programs that help you develop life-long fitness including strength, conditioning and mobility.
