Here at Team Impaact we are far more than your average Joe personal trainers in Brisbane. We specialise in transforming body composition, improving mental & full body functional strength, mobility and well-being.

Head coach Nikki has had close to 12+ years of industry experience and has helped countless individuals achieve their dream fitness goals. Nikki started Team Impaact with a clear and common goal in mind; to help individuals think better, move better and live better!.

At Team Impaact, our holistic approach will provide you with a unique – fun –encouraging & results focused workout experience.
