Staying in the warmth and breathtaking spot of Keramas Beach in Bali. Far more than your average HIT session where we will embrace multiple forms for fitness challenges, yoga and meditation. A week filled with yoga “Instagram worthy” food, good friends and dedicated time to unwind. Combine fitness with fun to make one hell of a retreat.

Stay in an immaculate 5-star resort Komune Beach Hotel By the Sea, with the most friendly Balinese staff to look after your every need.

Imagine sitting back, relaxing and enjoying your holiday, but throwing in a few cheeky workouts and some mindfulness to complete your trip.

TEAM IMPAACT BALI RETREAT 2021

A STRUCTURED, ORGANISED AND DONE-FOR-YOU RETREAT AWAY FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE OF BRISBANE.

ITINERARY

Guests are recommneded to arrive Sunday so you can attend the welcome dinner and drinks on the Sunday night starting at 6pm.
We will be checking into the Hotel from 2PM Sunday, so if you’re around, feel free to come and join us.

Flight times out of Bali are usually around 10 PM-12 AM (Midnight), so we will have our last lunch together on the Friday and then chill around the Hotel until it’s time to transfer everyone to the airport (unless staying on longer).

MONDAY

SWEAT SESSION @ MUSCLE BEACH 6 AM

Start the retreat off with a session to burn on the amazing food from the night before. This will be at Muscle Beach.

BREAKFAST AT HEALTH HUB 730AM

The best breakfast is at the Health Hub so we want you to have the best start to the retreat experience here.

ACTIVITY + LUNCH - 9AM-3:30PM

We will have your activities pre planned months in advance so no time in lost in paradise. Just be sure to be back in time for afternoon Meditation and Yoga.

MEDITATION AND YOGA 3:30PM

Come meet us for a bit of chill time and stretch before Happy Hour which starts at 4pm.

FEEL THE BURN GYM SESH + MUSCLE BEACH OBSTACLE RACE 230PM

Feel the burn with a hypertrophy session at the gym followed by a bit of fun in the sun with an obstacle race as a finisher at Muscle Beach!

Come see the sunrise before its too late then we will do some sand yogging. See what I did there?

Lets work on some juggling, hacky sack + handstands by the beach.

FRIDAY

Last sleep in and probably well due if you had a few too many on the last night. Enjoy the extra couple minutes of zzz and feel refreshed for today’s down time.

DOWNTIME

Hang by the pool and hit some handstands, read a book or head into Ubud as most flights are not until 10pm in the evening.

MASSAGE

Use your last day wisely! Loosen up with a massage before your red eye flight back home.

FINAL TEAM LUNCH 1PM

Lets get together for a recap of the week and enjoy one last meal before we all go our seperate ways.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE 7PM

Shower and pack in the available restrooms in the health hub. Then grab your cab with friends to the airport for you late evening flight back to Brisbane.

5 Star Accommodation

This place is truly epic. There is so much space to swim, lounge, chill, do handstands, learn new skills and work on your tan. Plus, we are away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta.

Welcome Pack

We’ve put together a little goody bag for you as a welcoming gift to make your trip even more memorable. Filled with a water bottle, towel, hat and massage voucher.

All Meals Included

Each breakfast, lunch and dinner is paid for along with 1 drink. The only day you have to fork out your wallet is Friday Dinner.

Welcome Dinner

Starting the retreat off well inclused getting everyone together for a welcome party. Make sure you are at the Hotel by Sunday arfternoon the latest. I recommend arriving a day early and staying a day late 😉

All Training Sessions

All sessions, yoga, meditation and ice baths will be included in the cost. If you want to do anything extra, that will be at your own cost.

Airport Transfer

Your airport transfer on arrival and when leaving is already organised once you let us know your flight details. You have nothing else to do but show up.
