“Fresh start”

Growing up, I was a fairly active kid. My parents enrolled me into many sports; soccer, tennis and basketball to name a few. After school and on weekends I enjoyed playing outdoors with my friends and other kids in the neighbourhood. It wasn’t all fun and games as just like most kids I was bullied on a regular basis. Having an asian background and being one of the smallest kids at school life wasn’t that easy. This carried on into my teens.

For the first 2 years of high school, things started to go downhill. I got into the wrong crowd, got into many fights in and outside of school, drank excessively and broke the law. While I was at school, majority of my time was spent in the detention room.

The turning point in my life was when I started to see my mates get into serious trouble with the law. This made me realise that this life was not what I wanted. From that day on I made the decision to start fresh and works towards becoming the best possible version of myself.

I joined the local PCYC and committed to going to the gym 5 times a week. Not only did this help me get back on track physically, emotionally and mentally, it also made me realise that I wanted to pursue a career that involved training and helping people at the same time. This lead me to enrolling myself into becoming a Personal Trainer/ Coach.

In 2008, I received my Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness. I’ve worked as a Coach/ Personal Trainer close to 10 years now and have enjoyed helping members of the community achieve their dream goals.

Having a huge passion for sports & health and fitness, I made a promise to myself that I’d dedicate my time, knowledge and experience to help individuals accomplish their health & fitness goals.

I look forward to ensuring that your change is always and forever fulfilling.
